Registration Instructions
Before you can apply for your desired position, please take a moment to create a new account. You will need to enter a valid email ID for registration and future communication. Please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the registration form with your details.
2. Fields marked with (*) are mandatory and must be completed to proceed with registration.
3. Please read the Advertisement, Eligibility Criteria, User Manual, and all instructions carefully before registering.
4. Ensure that the full name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name) matches exactly as per the Class X or equivalent certificate. After registration, name correction is not possible.
5. Select your gender from the dropdown menu.
6. Enter your contact number in the format 0XXXXXXXXXX (10 digits).
7. Enter your email ID. This will be used for future communication and account verification.
8. Create a strong password. It must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character (e.g., !@#$%).
9. Re-type the password to confirm it.
10. Solve the captcha to verify you are human.
11. Click the "Register" button to create your account.
12. An email will be sent to your inbox immediately. (If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder).
13. Open the email and click on the provided link.
14. Your account will be confirmed, and you will be logged in.
15. You can now access the recruitment portal. Going forward, simply use your registered email ID and password to log in.

Overview of the Recruitment Process

2. You can now access the recruitment portal. Going forward, simply use your registered email ID and password to log in.
3. Select the position you wish to apply for.
4. Complete the application form.
5. Upload relevant documents.
6. Submit the application form.
7. Download a copy of the application form for your records.
8. There is no need to submit a hard copy after completing the online application.
9. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at recruitment@iitism.ac.in.
10. If you encounter any technical issues, bugs, or problems, please contact us at ficau@iitism.ac.in with an attached screenshot of the error. Also, copy the email to ashishranjan@iitism.ac.in.
Please use a single registration account throughout the entire recruitment process. Candidates are advised not to create multiple accounts. In case multiple accounts are created, any issues, discrepancies, or complications arising during the recruitment process shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate. The Institute shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused due to the use of multiple registration accounts.
